Mondoo is creating security experiences that companies leverage to keep their users and data safe from hackers around the world. As Mondoo's Marketing Communications and Campaign Manager, you'll be at the heart of our communications and demandāgeneration engine, crafting, coordinating, and amplifying marketing communications and campaigns that elevate our brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads. Partnering closely with product, sales, and the broader marketing team, you'll translate Mondoo's mission into compelling, measurable campaigns that engage enterprise audiences worldwide.
This role is fully remote, but candidates must live in either Germany, the UK, or the East Coast of the US.
What You'll Achieve:
- Lead Campaign Creation & Execution: Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive demand for Mondoo's solutions.
- Content & Communications: Own the content calendar and oversee content development across channels ā web, blog, email, and social ā ensuring brand alignment and narrative consistency.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and optimize digital media campaigns, with agency partners to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Website & Social Media Ownership: Manage Mondoo's website content and social channels as our "editorāināchief," ensuring an engaging, consistent voice and experience.
- Analytics & Optimization: Measure campaign performance, conduct inādepth analysis, and continuously optimize for growth and conversion.
- CrossāFunctional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners (media vendors, digital agencies) to align messaging, creative, and execution.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years experience in B2B enterprise marketing with a focus on demand generation in a global or international context.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with digital media and advertising, including paid social and search.
- Handsāon experience with HubSpot, Web Management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate with media vendors and agencies.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- A dataādriven mindset with a creative flair ā equally comfortable with analytics dashboards, AI tools, and brand storytelling.
