What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level B2B Account Executive, you’ll learn the ropes of business development, client relationship building, and sales strategy in a high-energy, collaborative environment:
- New Business Development & Client Growth: Use cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals to connect with new B2B clients—including Director, VP, and C-suite level decision-makers—and build a strong book of business in the staffing industry.
- Client Engagement: Partner with top companies to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions across tech, IT, creative, AI, and digital sectors.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Set and exceed weekly sales goals, work closely with recruiters, and develop consultative sales skills to drive long-term revenue.
