Profile

- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and unlock new business opportunities in competitive, mature markets.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer‑specific KPIs, uncover needs, and develop tailored value propositions.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with a track record of engaging senior decision‑makers.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively across functions (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
