Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking. Make it possible.

You will be responsible for planning finished goods production, material planning, or working in the long-term planning team. Your placement within our Supply Planning organization will depend on current openings and interview assessment. You will oversee production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets, conduct mid- and long-term planning, and work closely with plant operations, suppliers, and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.

How You Will Contribute

  • Develop short- and long-term supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items.
  • Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain system data integrity for supply planning.
  • Deliver master and detailed schedules, long-range plans, and material requirement plans using system tools.
  • Support and implement planning improvements to enhance customer service, inventory, and waste metrics.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in FMCG/CPG, preferably in food or fast-moving industries with shelf-life constraints.
  • Experience in IBP/S&OP environments.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and improve planning processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player capable of collaborating across functions.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Operational management experience in supply/demand planning required.
  • Experience in an international environment and with Integrated Business Planning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry is preferred.

Languages & Work Environment

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
