You will be responsible for all supply and purchasing planning, for both rework and finished goods, material planning and packaging management. You will manage the end-to-end supply and purchasing planning for a designated portfolio, across both UK and International markets. You will conduct short, mid and long-term planning through buying cycles and manage planning horizons with internal teams and external manufacturers. You will also work closely with internal sales, demand, operations and suppliers, to ensure a proper flow of information and end-to-end planning execution.

How You Will ContributeYou will:
- Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply and purchase plans for items produced within external manufacturers.
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting supplier OTIF, supplier forecast performance and delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels.
- Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
- Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning.
- Cross-function collaboration with Demand Planning and Operations, through accurate scenario planning and analysis, to mitigate short- and long-term implications.
- Support and implement improvements in the planning function.
- Management of all business MTO reworks.
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience in an FMCG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
- Experience in an S&OP / LTCP environment.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills β and able to understand and interpret data.
- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.
- Strong excel skills.
- Considerable production / purchasing management experience within supply planning/demand planning β required.
- Work experience in an international manufacturing environment β preferred.
