You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI\’s and hit your annual objectives.

- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Point of buying materials placement and implementation.

What you need to know about this position: You will visit a pre-determined number of Independent and Symbol retailers regularly. You will work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler near your territory. You will be sensitive to your customers\’ needs and help grow their snacking range. This is a remote working environment, and you will play a key role in building an aligned, motivated, and collaborative team.
What extra ingredients you will bring: FMCG sales experience is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of the area and a passion for Mondelez brands are a plus. A desire to succeed, a competitive but team-oriented nature, and resilience are important.
Education / Certifications: Minimum of A-level education preferred but not essential.
Job specific requirements: A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points. Comfortable driving automatic or manual vehicles and working alone. Strong numeracy and communication skills are key.
Travel requirements: Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday
