You will lead the production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization.
How You Will Contribute
- Manage change and transformation initiatives within operating teams, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of the Future, and roles such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Progressive Maintenance (PM), within a self-sufficient team model. Model values and principles through coaching, mentoring, and development.
- Support manufacturing annual operational plans and targets, aligning safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Communicate plans and KPIs clearly to ensure team alignment.
- Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance, embedding a zero-loss mindset. Drive improvements in technology, culture, capability, and systems for reliable operations.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and legal requirements, monitoring their effective implementation.
- Lead talent management, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
What You Will Bring
- Operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean, 6 Sigma tools, and concepts.
- Strong communication, coaching, leadership skills, and abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
- An engineering background with financial acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
