You will lead the production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage change and transformation among the operating teams in implementing IL6S - Integrated Lean 6 Sigma phase journey, FoF - Factory of the Future line-centric organization & roles (AM - Autonomous Maintenance, PM - Progressive Maintenance, and an integrated 6-star model within operating line teams) to develop self-sufficient teams. Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals aligned with the site’s compelling business needs. Coach line leaders, cascade & communicate plans and targets to ensure team alignment and understanding of priorities and KPIs.
- Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and drive continuous improvement to deliver best-in-class results internally and externally. Identify and manage improvements in technology, culture, capability, and operating systems for reliable operations.
- Ensure all manufacturing standards, governance, and compliance requirements (e.g., quality, food safety, GMP, health & safety, security, environment, sustainability, policies, legal requirements, audits) are in place, understood, and effectively monitored.
- Lead talent, capability, and engagement initiatives within the manufacturing team—attract, retain, and develop talent at all levels, building a sustainable workforce. Collaborate effectively with internal and external peers to achieve objectives and KPIs.

- An engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
