This is a focal role within the European Procurement organization, which is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing strategy for Energy & Utilities spend area in Europe. This will include leading such key sustainable initiatives as Renewable Electricity.
How You Will Contribute
- Leading the development and deployment of the Sourcing Strategy for Energy and Utilities services across Europe in partnership with Global Commodity Procurement Risk Management (CPRM), Health Safety and Environment (HSE), European Manufacturing and Engineering functions.
- In close cooperation with CPRM, HSE and external advisor executing Renewable Electricity Sourcing agenda to deliver on Mondelēz Supply Chain Sustainability commitment.
- In alignment with Engineering and HSE teams building the sourcing strategy for energy efficiency projects which includes audits, meters, sensors and consultancy services across Mondelēz manufacturing footprint.
- Building and managing the strategic plan for exceeding the key deliverables in Productivity, Cash & Simplification.
- Owning and further developing relationship with strategic suppliers for Energy and Utilities.
- Being an active member of Mondelez European Procurement function – driving best practice sharing & strategy alignment across Mondelez business.
- Close collaboration with FM and Logistics teams in terms of energy efficiency initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- 8 years + working within a Procurement environment.
- 3 years + of energy sourcing experience.
- Subject Matter Knowledge of Energy, Utilities and Renewal Electricity (Virtual Power Purchase Agreement) is desirable.
- Experience within FMCG environment is preferred.
- Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices as well as core Procurement areas of focus (Spend Management, Category Management and Supplier Management).
- Strong leadership, organizational agility, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Must be able to act autonomously, develop, manage, and lead own agenda and take decisions.
