The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months) forecast of material requirements to suppliers and manage mid- to long-term material plans for assigned plants or co-packers across the region.
Responsibilities include:
- PO management
- Tracking contract coverage
- Raising requisitions
- Identifying risks and opportunities in supply plans
- Collaborating with business and plant teams
You will work closely with plant operations, suppliers, FG planning, and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.
KPIs / Dimensions:
- Optimal customer service performance and inventory levels
- Timely delivery of materials to support plant production plans
- Enhance reliability and flexibility by improving MRP accuracy with manufacturing sites
- Support project delivery with material availability and waste management
Career and Education Experiences required:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Financial, or Logistics education or experience
- Basic understanding of SAP ECC/BI in Supply Chain through formal training and experience
- Mature English communication skills
Targets/Dimensions:
- Material coded Customer Service Level
- Material coded Conformance To Schedule
- Raw, Pack & WIP inventory coverage and waste spend metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in direct material planning
- Experience within FMCG industry
- International work experience
- Experience with IBP
- APICS CPIM certification or similar
- Knowledge of additional European languages
