The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months) forecast of material requirements to suppliers and manage mid- to long-term material plans for assigned plants or co-packers across the region.

Responsibilities include:

  • PO management
  • Tracking contract coverage
  • Raising requisitions
  • Identifying risks and opportunities in supply plans
  • Collaborating with business and plant teams

You will work closely with plant operations, suppliers, FG planning, and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.

KPIs / Dimensions:

  • Optimal customer service performance and inventory levels
  • Timely delivery of materials to support plant production plans
  • Enhance reliability and flexibility by improving MRP accuracy with manufacturing sites
  • Support project delivery with material availability and waste management

Career and Education Experiences required:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Financial, or Logistics education or experience
  • Basic understanding of SAP ECC/BI in Supply Chain through formal training and experience
  • Mature English communication skills

Targets/Dimensions:

  • Material coded Customer Service Level
  • Material coded Conformance To Schedule
  • Raw, Pack & WIP inventory coverage and waste spend metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct material planning
  • Experience within FMCG industry
  • International work experience
  • Experience with IBP
  • APICS CPIM certification or similar
  • Knowledge of additional European languages
  • End-to-end Supply Chain Management experience
  • Innovation and Operational Excellence skills
  • Planning Systems & Reporting expertise
