We're growing our London engineering teams and looking for Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join our Growth Retention team. In this team you will shape how millions of users experience every day. The team mission is to boost long-term customer retention by delivering smarter onboarding, continuous engagement, and ongoing product value. We're a tight-knit, data-driven team that experiments fast, learns constantly, and builds features that directly move the company's growth metrics. 2026 is an exciting year to join as we develop new AI-powered experiences and intelligent assistants that redefine how our users get their work done. Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Central London office (Tottenham Court Road). You'll work with experienced and highly talented engineers who are passionate about what they do, using cutting-edge technologies in a data- and impact-driven environment. We foster a culture of transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy. Our engineering department consists of multiple groups, each responsible for a critical domain within the product. With over 400 engineers, we operate in cross-functional teams, collaboratively defining, improving, building, and delivering features.

What you will do:

  • Play a key role in shaping our product architecture and engineering excellence.
  • Evolve our architecture and engineering practices to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data.
  • Work alongside experienced and highly skilled developers with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, taking full ownership and responsibility from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Tech stack: Redux, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL. Note: Prior experience with our tech stack is not required; we welcome people willing to learn.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of proven experience.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
  • Passion for both client-side and server-side development.
  • A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
  • Problem solver: ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven, user and business oriented.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a mindset of "get things done".
