The Role:
As a Parts Advisor in the Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers seeking parts and accessories. You’ll handle telephone enquiries, manage parts orders, and arrange delivery to relevant dealerships for collection. This is a key role in maintaining strong relationships with their trade customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for parts orders and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Use electronic parts catalogues to efficiently find and process orders.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery of parts to relevant dealerships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role (preferably in a dealership environment).
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
