Monday Matters Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join a highly respected independent specialist garage in Didcot. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for high-performance vehicles to work in a dynamic and well-equipped workshop. Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, including modern daily drivers and vintage/classic automobiles. Skilled in both contemporary diagnostic tools and traditional mechanical methods. Duties include routine maintenance (brakes, oil changes, tune-ups), complex engine and drivetrain repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and restoration work on classic vehicles. Strong attention to detail and a passion for automotive history and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults effectively using specialist equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of a wide range of vehicles.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality protocols.
