We are working with a highly reputable, family-run dealer group in the South East London area that is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their growing team. The Role

  • Managing customer bookings for servicing and repairs
  • Communicating vehicle issues effectively with the workshop team
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Preparing estimates and invoices
  • Explaining completed work clearly and professionally
  • Identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate
