Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both workshop and retail customers, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
- Assist in the daily running of the parts department, including stock management and parts ordering.
- Identify and recommend the correct parts for customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements using dealership systems.
- Support the workshop team by ensuring they have the right parts in a timely manner.
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally, providing knowledgeable advice and solutions.
- Work closely with the service team to facilitate smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership or relevant automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and basic IT skills.
