Established Main Dealer Group based in Maidstone, Kent. £40-45k Yearly Package. Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM + Saturday Morning Rota (Paid as Overtime). Looking for someone actively looking to become a future Service Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in building and developing a successful Service operation from the ground up. The position offers a clear pathway toward a future Service Manager role for the right candidate.

The Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a new Service department, ensuring excellent customer service standards, smooth workshop operations, and consistent departmental performance. You will work closely with senior management to support wider Aftersales objectives while helping shape and grow the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the daily operation of the Service department
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Supporting and developing team members within the Aftersales function
  • Managing service reception activities and customer communication
  • Assisting in driving departmental efficiency and performance
