Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.15pm + 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings

This is a new role due to growth, not a replacement, offering the chance to work alongside a fantastic, supportive Manager in a business with an excellent reputation.
The Role: As Aftersales Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their visit. Your duties will include:
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Greeting customers on arrival
- Communicating with customers throughout the day, advising of any additional work required
- Liaising closely with the workshop
- Ordering parts as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 12-18 months customer-facing experience within the motor trade
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused
- Able to deliver a high standard of service to help uphold the company’s strong reputation
