About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Dual-Site Parts Manager to lead parts operations across two commercial main dealership locations in Berkshire. This is a pivotal leadership role, focusing on operational efficiency, team performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Parts Department across both sites
- Achieve and exceed performance targets including Customer Experience Index (CXi), Conversion to Order (CTO), and Labour Sales
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and parts logistics
- Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between departments
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing parts team
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency and profitability
Package and Working Hours
- Basic salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience and skills
- Performance-related bonus of up to £10,000 per annum
- 40-hour work week: Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid break)
- Company-provided vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone
