Our client a well established commercial main dealership are looking for a skilled and flexible Commercial/Van Vehicle Technician to join their Commercial Vehicle Team at their Heathrow location.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Routine maintenance and servicing of commercial vehicles
*
Mechanical repairs and diagnostic appointments
*
Working within manufacturer guidelines to ensure high-quality repairs
Whether you\’re an experienced Master Technician, an EV Technician, or just starting your journey as a Service Technician, we welcome all technical levels. If diagnostics is your strength, great! If you’re still developing, we’ll support your training and growth across our trusted brands.
What They Offer:

Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience & accreditation level)
*
Productivity Bonus: Up to £6,000 annually (paid monthly)
*
On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £59,957 per annum
*
Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
*
Saturday Morning Rota: 1 in 3 (paid at 1.5x rate)
*
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (for weekends and hours outside of your standard schedule)
*
