The Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading the sales department, achieving business objectives and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Has a proven track record in a Business Manager/ Transaction Manager/ Sales Controller/ Sales Manager role
  • Is commercially focused with a passion for delivering results.
  • Has excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.
  • Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Can demonstrate strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, including finance and additional products.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
