This evolving venture is seeking a skilled Automotive Upholsterer to help drive its expansion and deliver interiors of exceptional quality for an exclusive, discerning clientele.
The Opportunity:
This is far from a standard upholstery position. You’ll be working at the cutting edge of bespoke automotive craftsmanship, transforming premium and sports vehicles with interiors that embody luxury, individuality, and technical refinement. From hand-stitched leatherwork to fully customised cabin features, every project is unique — tailored to reflect the owner’s vision and the character of the vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:

Upholstering and retrimming interiors — including seats, panels, headliners, and dashboards — using high-end materials.

Creating bespoke interior features to meet precise client specifications.

Working closely with design and build teams to ensure seamless finishes.

Maintaining exceptional standards of detail, presentation, and craftsmanship.

Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as an automotive upholsterer, ideally within prestige, sports, luxury, or bespoke environments.

Skilled in working with leather, Alcantara, and other premium materials.
