This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service and a background in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met while facilitating smooth operations within the dealership.

- Salary: Β£30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (Β£38,000)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 AM β 6 PM
- Weekends OFF
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on services offered.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the work order process efficiently.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of service requirements and customer concerns.
- Provide detailed estimates and explain the services to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
