Assistant Parts Manager – Commercial Main Dealership Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 (DOE) £44,000 OTE Hours: 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday Location: Heathrow My client are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Parts Manager to lead their Parts Team and support the success of their operations across world-renowned brands within the commercial sector. This is a key leadership position within the Parts Department, ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive parts and team development. About the Role As Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Parts Advisors. You’ll play a vital role in helping the team achieve and exceed all parts sales, profit, and performance targets. You’ll implement upselling strategies, support promotional activity, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role reports directly to the Parts Manager.
