As an Account Executive for our CRM product, our fastest-growing product line, you will be responsible for scaling CRM sales by providing expert industry, sales, and product knowledge to our UK&I Enterprise customers, focusing on the value our CRM product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform. About The Role In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for our CRM product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion, lead discovery and demos, analyze existing accounts for upselling opportunities, act as a product owner in an agile environment, collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on industry trends, and proactively research new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full sales cycle for our CRM product. Leading discovery and CRM-focused demos. Analyzing accounts for upselling opportunities. Developing strategies as a product owner. Partnering with sales and support teams. Staying informed about industry trends. Connecting customer goals with our solutions. Your Experience & Skills CRM Sales Experience is a MUST 3-5 years of sales experience in SaaS or tech, focusing on mid-market accounts. Proven success in meeting/exceeding quotas. Strong prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills with a consultative approach. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with technology and software demonstrations. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Team-oriented with problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude. Availability to work 3 days a week in the office. Bonus Skills Experience selling to specific verticals or industries as an SME. Familiarity with monday.com’s platform or similar tools.
