monday.com is building the AI work platform that not only helps manage and orchestrate work, but also does the work for you. Over 250,000 customers across departments worldwide use monday to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform, where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. From work management and CRM to service and dev, every product in our ecosystem runs on the same AI layer, automating tasks, running workflows, and helping teams deliver exponentially more with less effort.
We move fast with big impact, fuelled by a vibrant, ownership-driven culture where you’re empowered to shape how organisations achieve more and outpace their competition. We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our expanding sales team here in London. There are a few things we take really seriously here at monday: building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to our customers. Our clients love our product, and it's incredibly unique (and fun) to walk our clients to success using our platform. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office.
About the role:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, with accountability for net revenue retention and expansion targets.
- Build and execute account plans that map the whitespace across each customer’s organisation: new teams, departments, business units, and use cases.
- Proactively identify and create expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell) and drive them from first signal to closed-won.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, tying capabilities directly to measurable business outcomes and ROI to build the case for broader investment.
- Challenge leaders on their current processes and champion organisational change, positioning monday as the platform to scale it.
- Develop and run internal advocacy and adoption programmes within customer organisations to build champions, deepen usage, and open doors to new buying groups.
- Maintain deep expertise in the monday platform and use it to shape compelling, value-based commercial conversations.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership to protect the base, accelerate growth, and feed customer insights back into the business.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS account management or sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding quota and growing large, strategic accounts ($150-500K ACV).
- Demonstrated success owning the full sales cycle: identifying expansion opportunities, multi-threading across stakeholders, building business cases, negotiating, and closing.
- Experience building and executing account plans and managing a forecastable pipeline.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at the executive level.
- Commercial mindset: comfortable discussing pricing, ROI, and value, and navigating procurement and contracting.
What monday.com can offer you:
- Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall.
- Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.
- Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success.
- Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we.
- A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more.
