This role sits at the intersection of partners, product, marketing, and enablement — bringing monday service to life for our LATAM partner ecosystem.

As Product GTM Partnerships Manager at monday, you will own the GTM strategy for the service product across the Partners Group, from positioning and messaging to launch planning, driving sales and long‑term adoption. You’ll recruit and train channel partners to drive more revenue. With a strong focus on performance and demo capabilities, you’ll analyze product adoption and partner success metrics to continuously optimize GTM strategies. Acting as the voice of the partner, you’ll bring valuable feedback into the product development cycle to influence decisions. You’ll also identify opportunities for co‑marketing and support joint campaigns with strategic partners.

In this strategic role, you’ll take the lead in executing the regional GTM strategy and driving adoption of monday service among partners, their existing clients, and new prospects. You’ll support the broader partner organization in achieving product revenue goals and unlocking new business opportunities. At times, you may also participate in partner‑led demo or sales calls to showcase the value of the product and help accelerate deal cycles.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 4+ Years of experience in GTM, product marketing, partnerships, or a related field—preferably in SaaS, B2B, or AI‑driven products.
  • Spanish and English fluency – must.
  • Experience working or enabling a partner ecosystem (channel/tech partners).
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and how to translate technical features into business value.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data‑driven—you use insights to optimize strategies.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep technical curiosity for how AI systems work in a business context.
  • Great communication and customer‑facing skills.
