As Presales Consultant at monday.com, you’ll play a critical role in helping our potential & existing customers understand & maximize the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll support our sales team with the sales processes.
You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services etc. As a pre-sales engineer you will be required to have a deep understanding of our product's technical capabilities and inner workings.
You will take part in demos & proof-of-concepts for potential and existing customers. You will assist in crafting Sales Pitches with sales managers and providing value-add solutions for customers. You will be required to assist in handling security concerns & providing high quality RFP responses as part of our enterprise selling methodologies and strategic sales cycles.
