About The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our Design System team. This role isn’t only about creating more components—it’s about reimagining our product design foundations, tools, and processes to support the next generation of AI‑powered products. If you are eager to innovate and challenge classic approaches, this role is for you.
In this role, you’ll join our core Design System team, shaping the way all our product builders actually build. You’ll be instrumental in making monday.com’s interface simple, consistent, and aligned with our product needs.
- Co‑own our design system: building and governing our design foundations, styles, components, documentation, change processes, and more.
- Evolve our workflows: build easy‑to‑use internal tools that empower product builders to build faster and at scale.
- Rethink the design system for AI: drive initiatives to evolve the design system for the next wave of AI products, interaction models, and dynamic content. This includes redesigning components to develop system‑level support for generative design.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- 2+ years of dedicated experience building design systems from the ground up at a product‑focused company
- Mastery of Figma’s component libraries and advanced capabilities
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams
- Independence, adaptability, and comfort with a fast pace of work
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English
