We’re looking for a motivated SDR/Manager to join our expanding team. The SDR team is key to introducing prospects to our platform, and this role blends leadership with hands‑on prospecting and lead generation.
About the Role
As the SDR / BDR Manager you will drive the success of the SDR team by providing mentorship, optimizing outreach strategies, and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing. Your leadership will directly impact pipeline generation and revenue growth, while you also maintain active prospecting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SDRs, helping them develop prospecting skills, enhance performance, and achieve targets.
- Coach SDRs on best practices for calls, emails, social selling, and outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies that target key accounts and align with market trends.
- Own and refine the SDR playbook, implementing new strategies to improve outreach efficiency, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Track performance through KPIs and review individual/team metrics, identifying improvement areas and creating actionable plans.
- Support team members in using qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Develop team talent via 1:1s, training sessions, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead handoff.
Your Experience & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven Success: Track record of exceeding targets and building pipelines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a high-performing team.
- Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, qualifying, and outbound sales capabilities.
- Coachable: Passion for growth and openness to feedback.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
- Data‑Driven: Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Team Player: Collaborates across Sales and Marketing.
- 3 days per week in the office.

- Experience with monday.com platform or other sales engagement/CRM tools.
