- EMEA market experience, ideally UK/London-based or with established EMEA partner networks.

What the job involves:
- Monday.com is looking for a Go-To-Market Leader to own monday CRM's channel partner strategy across EMEA, based in London.
- You will take ownership of our go-to-market strategy, focusing on building successful market penetration through a differentiated partner-led motion.
- You will work closely with the Head of Channel Partners EMEA and the Head of Global GTM for monday CRM.
- You will lead the charge in positioning monday CRM as a competitive player in the CRM space by attracting and activating boutique, AI-native transformation agencies and other strategic partners.
- You'll craft customer messaging, own competitive differentiation, and develop sales enablement tools that drive both customer acquisition and expansion.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end go-to-market strategy for monday CRM tailored to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers across EMEA.
- Design and operationalise a partner program that attracts, enables, and scales strategic alliances with boutique, AI-native transformation agencies focused on CRM transformation.
- Define and continuously refine our CRM value proposition, messaging framework, and competitive positioning.
- Articulate monday CRM's agentic capabilities vs legacy CRM platforms.
- Build impactful tools, including battle cards, objection handling guides, talk tracks, and ROI calculators for internal teams and partners.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships to identify new revenue opportunities, increase win rates, and improve deal velocity.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align the product roadmap, campaign strategy, and partner incentives with business goals.
