Requirements

  • You must have a strong desire to leverage your technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
  • 3-5+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment.

What the job involves

  • Our Partnerships & Alliances group is growing, we are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support our EMEA region from the monday.com office in London.
  • As an EMEA Partnerships Pre-Sales Engineer at monday, you’ll be responsible for presenting the monday.com platform in the best light to prospects and customers, evoking confidence and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle.
  • You will play a critical role in supporting and enabling our EMEA partners during complex and strategic deals.
  • You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Partners, Sales, Product management and Customer Success.
  • You'll support enabling partners' pre-sales capabilities and upskilling the partners generally on the technical aspects of monday.com.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to lead the technical aspect in large and complex sales processes.
  • Understand the customer's needs, and establish monday.com platform as the best solution that solves the customer's challenges.
  • Build and present customised demos, presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with our partners’ sales teams to help streamline Monday's sales process.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
  • Convey deep understanding of the customer's technology as it pertains to monday.com platform and integrating with it.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
  • Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region.
