Overview
As Revenue Operations Director, you will lead the EMEA RevOps team to enable sustainable growth and operational efficiency. You will partner with the EMEA leadership and global RevOps to translate data into actionable plans, optimize forecasting, and drive ROI across GTM motions. You’ll shape territory strategy, leverage analytics to identify opportunities, and champion process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid London environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the EMEA Revenue Operations team with structure, processes, coaching, and hiring for growth
- Collaborate with the General Manager and regional directors to drive GTM initiatives and data-informed decisions
- Evaluate sales performance focusing on ROI, quota attainment, TAM analysis, forecasting, and pipeline metrics
- Analyze complex data and deliver insights, reports, and actionable deliverables
- Create and implement revenue forecasting models providing visibility into performance
- Develop strategies to maximize regional revenue growth and align territory planning with market opportunities
- Drive continuous process improvement and investments in enabling technologies to boost productivity
- Provide day-to-day operational support and partner with business leadership for strategic decisions
Key requirements
- 7+ years in revenue operations leadership roles, strategy/consulting or similar (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong business sense with ability to translate strategy into operational implications
- Excellent analytical skills and experience building integrated models from scratch
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau; SQL a plus)
- Proven ability to present data to management and translate trends into actionable insights
- Strong operational mindset to design scalable processes
- Curious, proactive, ambitious, enjoys solving complex problems and sharing success
