Responsibilities
- Act as the primary analytical focal point for your group and main stakeholders
- Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities and directly determine the product roadmap
- Responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offerings
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics
- Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
- Proficiency level of SQL - must
- You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
- You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
- You have proven experience defining and validating product metrics
- You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, SQL
- You have a strong statistical background and deep understanding of experimentations
