Overview

As GTM Rev Ops Lead, you will shape 1–3 year go-to-market plans for the EMEA region and align the Rev Ops function with the GM’s strategic agenda.

You will work across Finance, HR, Partner, and Product to design segmentation, coverage, capacity, and investment priorities, translating insights into rigorous workstreams.

You’ll lead cross-regional initiatives, manage long-range revenue models, and drive data-driven decisions that influence regional growth.

This role offers high-impact collaboration with senior leadership and a chance to scale GTM motion across multiple markets while maintaining operational discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive EMEA GTM strategy across sub-regions and segments, including segmentation, territory design, and coverage models.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA GM and RVPs to maintain a 1-year regional growth roadmap with measurable milestones.
  • Assess and build business cases for new routes to market (direct, partner, PLG, hybrid) with execution plans and metrics.
  • Own cross-EMEA strategic initiatives from intake to measurement and delivery.
  • Develop long-range revenue and capacity models and run scenario planning for investment decisions.
  • Identify structural gaps (segment mix, deal size, win rates, coverage, partner co-sell attribution) and convert into prioritized initiatives.
  • Provide insights on multi-product GTM penetration and AI adoption; translate trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Support Rev Ops cadence outputs (SOUs, QBR narratives, leadership forums) with structured, exec-ready content.
  • Key requirements
  • 6-8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Biz Ops, Management Consulting, or Finance in B2B Saa S; EMEA experience preferred.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership—including GM and RVP levels—without formal authority.
  • Direct collaboration with senior sales leadership on GTM strategy, planning cycles, and coverage design.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives (new GTM motions, org design, segmentation, partner models).
  • Strong command of Saa S revenue metrics and pipeline analytics; proficient with SFDC and BI tools.
  • Ability to operate across multiple markets, currencies, and GTM maturity levels.
