As a Forward-Deployed Engineer at monday.com, you will embed directly with our most strategic enterprise customers to architect, build, and deliver transformative AI-powered solutions. You will spend 3-12 months on-site architecting solutions, building custom integrations, and delivering measurable business outcomes that fundamentally change how they work.
This isn’t traditional customer success or services—you will be hands-on-keyboard solving complex operational problems while directly informing our product roadmap and verticalization strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Transformation
- Embed on-site with strategic accounts for 3-12 month engagements
- Conduct deep technical discovery to identify high-impact transformation opportunities
- Design and build custom solutions leveraging monday.com’s platform, AI capabilities, and complex integrations
- Develop custom apps, automations, and workflows
- Navigate enterprise complexity: legacy systems, security requirements, messy data
- Own delivery from discovery through deployment with measurable business outcomes
- Product Intelligence & Verticalization
- Identify patterns across engagements that reveal product opportunities
- Build reusable frameworks and templates for similar customers
- Provide direct feedback to Product teams with validated demand and PRDs
- Develop vertical-specific expertise (Healthcare, Government, Financial Services)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coach CSMs and Services teams on technical feasibility and solution design
- Support Sales in demonstrating monday.com’s innovation capability
- Share customer insights that inform GTM strategy
What You Bring:
- Technical
- 4+ years of software engineering with production code ownership
