We’re looking for an AI Ecosystem Manager to join our GTM Team. At monday.com, we’re on a mission to supercharge productivity for teams everywhere, and AI is at the heart of this transformation. We’re looking for a passionate AI partnership manager to join our team and lead partnerships with key players across the AI landscape. About The Role
- Identify and evaluate AI companies across the tech stack (foundation models, APIs, dev tools) based on their potential to enrich monday.com’s product suite.
- Own the end-to-end partnership process from scouting and outreach to signing strategic partnership agreements with selected AI vendors.
- Collaborate closely with our Product, R&D and Legal teams to drive deep, scalable integrations with top tier AI solutions.
- Work with leading LLM providers to build strong working relationships, coordinate on shared product roadmaps, and lead joint GTM initiatives that maximize exposure to the latest technologies.
- Represent monday.com in the AI ecosystem and act as a bridge between our product vision and external innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product partnerships roles within the tech environment.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape including LLMs, AI infrastructure, and productized AI solutions.
- Proven track record of initiating, structuring, and closing complex partnership deals.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Marketing, and R&D teams to launch impactful integrations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Can confidently engage with executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Can go from idea to execution quickly and thoughtfully.
- Passion for AI, innovation, and building new things that make a difference.
