- Strong UX design skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive, data-driven experiences.
- Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
- Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
- Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
- Excited about how AI can redefine the way we work. From adopting new tools to refining processes which increase our efficiency and craft.
