We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing with a strong passion and vast experience in marketing. You will lead one of monday.com's most strategic groups, collaborating with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and growth. While the team is based at our Tel Aviv headquarters, this role is located in London and will lead the team remotely. You will be an integral part of driving monday.com GTM strategy going up-market, managing multiple teams and top talent product marketers to deliver the company's main objectives and make a significant impact on one of the largest industries in the world.

About The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of 16 product marketers, including 2 managers who are based in our Tel Aviv headquarters.
- Lead the product marketing group to excellence by ensuring our deliverables are meaningful, useful, and creating business value.
- Develop strong relationships with the regional marketing managers and the client-facing leaders to leverage opportunities, tackle challenges, and close deals.
- Work with the team leads to develop the yearly group plans and help prioritize the team's ongoing plans based on the company OKRs and the company's dynamic needs.
- Help build our GTM, brand & positioning strategy, and ensure alignment with all the relevant group domains.
- Be a bridge between different company stakeholders to meet the company's goals, create new initiatives, collaborate more effectively, better align, and support other departments' relevant needs - Sales, Marketing, Product, Brand, and Company Management.
- Help build our group talents - personal development plan, hiring, promotion, firing.
- Managing up: Help your manager focus on the most important things, reflect the group's high-level plans, and raise flags when needed.
- Be responsible for the group's well-being from group activities, offsites, workshops days, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring marketing team leads for 5+ years.
- Extensive background in leading product marketing initiatives.
- Experience with both PLG and SLG models at scale.
- Experience working in a global, fast-paced organization.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global sales teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive decision-making at all levels.
- High level of accountability and ownership in achieving objectives.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
