We are now building and scaling our engineering teams in London and we are looking for a talented Front-end/Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic Core Application group.
Here are some of the key areas you will contribute to:
- Micro Frontend Architecture: Design and maintain the systems that allow our product teams to build features independently while ensuring a cohesive user experience.
- Innovative Global State Mechanism: Develop cutting-edge solutions for state management that enhance performance and developer productivity.
- Performance Regression Tools: Create unique tools that catch performance issues during CI stages, ensuring our applications run smoothly at all times.
- New SSR Layers: Build the next generation of Server-Side Rendering layers to improve load times and SEO across our platform.
By focusing on these core infrastructure projects, you’ll enable product teams to deliver exceptional features while maintaining high frontend standards and accelerating development. Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).
About The Role
You will work with experienced and highly talented engineers — who love what they do — with cutting-edge technologies in a data and impact-driven environment. We promote transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy. Our engineering department comprises different groups, each responsible for a crucial domain in the monday.com product. With over 300 engineers, we operate as part of cross-functional teams, defining, improving, building, and delivering features collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Improvement: Constantly contribute to our infrastructure libraries, enhancing our internal foundations.
- Frontend Excellence: Advocate for best-in-class frontend development by promoting best practices and core capabilities of our infrastructure, collaborating with other frontend leaders within the organization to push our frontend development.
- Contribute to Complex Projects: Be a part of the design and development of our core areas such as our global state mechanism, which is used across all of our micro frontends and different UI libraries.
- Talent-Rich Environment: Be a part of a super talented team of highly skilled individuals working together to innovate monday.com’s frontend ecosystem.
- Cross-R&D Collaboration: Engage with R&D team members to understand their challenges and needs, ensuring our tools meet their requirements.
