monday.com 's Professional Services team is scaling across EMEA, and we're hiring an Engagement Manager to sit at the intersection of Sales and Services - owning the commercial pre‑sales motion and ensuring every deal we sign is one we can deliver on. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility Individual Contributor role. You'll be the go‑to authority for Professional Services across the region, partnering with AEs and AMs to attach the right services to the right deals, leading scoping conversations with enterprise customers, and owning the SOW process end to end.
You'll need to bring both commercial judgment and genuine platform fluency: this role regularly involves scoping complex configurations: multi‑board architectures, integrations, automations, migrations, and you'll be expected to assess feasibility and define scope credibly, even when the customer's environment is messy. You won't just facilitate - you'll shape how Professional Services is positioned and sold across EMEA. That means building repeatable processes where they don't exist, pushing back when scope doesn't add up, and working closely with Professional Services leadership on capacity, portfolio, and service attach strategy.
What You'll Own
- Commercial Pre‑Sales: Own the end‑to‑end pre‑sales process for Professional Services across EMEA - from first commercial conversation through to signed SOW. Lead scoping sessions with enterprise customers: translating complex technical and business requirements into clearly defined engagement models, effort estimates, and commercial terms. You'll need to hold your own when the conversation gets technical. Build and own SOWs: ensuring every statement of work accurately reflects scope, risk, and delivery assumptions, and protects both the customer and the Professional Services team. Match the right services package to each customer's specific needs, across our implementation, training, managed services, and AI transformation offerings. Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound Professional Services commercial enquiries across EMEA: triaging, qualifying, and routing with speed and accuracy. Fluent in AI as a business capability - you understand where AI creates value in enterprise operations, can lead a strategic AI transformation conversation with a customer, and are familiar with monday.com 's AI features well enough to scope and position them confidently.
- Sales Partnership & Enablement: Partner closely with AEs and AMs to embed services into the sales cycle early, improving attach rates and deal quality across the region. Train and coach Sales on how to position, price, and sell Professional Services: owning the services catalog and keeping it current and competitive. Serve as the internal authority on Professional Services commercial topics, bringing clarity and confidence to deals where Sales needs a services expert in the room.
- Operations & Strategy: Track and analyze service attach rates, pipeline trends and deal patterns: using data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS in a role that bridges commercial and delivery: AE, AM, pre‑sales consultant, or services‑focused CSM with direct experience attaching and scoping Professional Services.
- Technically fluent at the platform level - you understand how complex SaaS configurations work (workflows, integrations, data migrations, automations) well enough to scope them accurately, identify risk, and know when to pull in a Solution Architect.
- Proven track record writing SOWs and leading scoping conversations: you can translate a complex customer environment into a clear, defensible scope, and you know when to push back on what's been promised.
- Comfortable operating across both commercial and technical stakeholders - you can navigate a procurement conversation and a solution design discussion in the same deal cycle.
- Strong cross‑functional instincts - you'll work across Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, and Professional Services leadership, and you know how to align stakeholders without losing momentum.
- Experience enabling and influencing Sales teams: you've changed sales behaviour before, not just delivered training decks.
