Job Description
Our Professional Services team is growing, and we’re looking for a superstar Engagement Manager to join our team.
As an Engagement Manager at monday.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our professional services team and offerings, supporting our efforts to expand our market presence. Since this is the first time we are launching this role, you will be expected to lead its development, including processes, methodologies, and related areas.
You will be at the forefront of our commercial services strategy, collaborating closely with the sales team to drive service attach rates and ensure seamless integration of services into our sales cycles. Your key responsibilities will include sales enablement, acting as the primary contact for all services-related and commercial topics pre-sales, and working with other service stakeholders to enhance our services portfolio and offerings, thereby driving service sales and value for our customers and prospects.
