monday.com is seeking a People Partner & Employee Relations Lead to build out ER and HR compliance across the EMEA region, with a 60/40 ER/Compliance / HRBP split. You will own multi-country employee relations casework, policy management, and works council activity where applicable.
You'll partner with Legal, Security, Finance and People teams to ensure consistent application of policy, support managers, and drive compliant, pragmatic HR solutions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
