monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
As an AI Program Manager, you will report directly to the Global VP of Revenue Growth and act as their strategic right hand — driving program management for the team while leading the adoption of AI across the organisation. You'll own the operating cadence that keeps the VP and their teams moving: building the decks, pulling the data, and structuring the narratives that power offsites, business reviews, and leadership updates.
Alongside this, you will lead AI initiatives across the VP's organisation — working cross-functionally with revenue, operations, and technical teams to identify, pilot, and launch AI agents that make teams more efficient and free up bandwidth for higher-value work. This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Global VP of Revenue Growth. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and building process where none exists yet.
Key responsibilities
- Executive Program Management: Partner directly with the VP to project manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives — tracking milestones, timelines, risks, and priorities as they evolve.
- Offsite & Leadership Reporting: Pull and synthesise data, and build clear, concise decks and materials for offsites, QBRs, and leadership reviews.
- Lead AI Initiatives: Own the roadmap for AI adoption across the VP's organisation, identifying where agents and automation can drive the biggest efficiency gains.
- Cross-Functional Agent Launches: Work with RevOps, engineering/IT, and functional leads to scope, pilot, and launch AI agents that reduce manual work and free up team bandwidth.
- Insights & Narrative Building: Validate hypotheses and translate data into clear recommendations and business cases for the VP and broader leadership.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new AI tools and agents across teams, including training, communication, and measuring impact.
Must have
- 2/3+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or a chief-of-staff-type role, ideally supporting a senior leader or within Revenue Operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to pull, interpret, and present business metrics to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g. LLM-based workflows, automation platforms) or a strong aptitude and interest in learning quickly.
- Excellent communication and deck-building skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and drive execution across teams without direct authority.
- Self-motivated and bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity in a newly created role.
