We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team here in London. At monday.com, we prioritise building an amazing product and providing exceptional service to our customers. Our clients love our platform, and it is incredibly rewarding to guide them to success using our tools.
About The Role
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from paying customers to meet sales quotas. The role involves understanding monday.com’s value propositions, managing a portfolio of accounts, and driving revenue through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will also consult with customers on their internal processes and collaborate with the Customer Success team during onboarding.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales and account management experience
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with executives
