We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Advanced Enterprise Security domain to lead a team of engineers and designers passionate about building innovative, user-loved products.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

  • The domain focuses on developing security capabilities for our largest accounts to protect, detect, and respond to threats, engaging with high-level security discussions with Fortune 500 CISOs.
  • Lead the development of monday.com’s Guardian Security add-on, turning innovation into revenue.
  • Establish a shared product vision across the company, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales. You will have full ownership and a significant impact on the company.
  • Drive your team to ship impactful and user-loved products efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze diverse inputs to identify impactful opportunities.
  • Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis, including A/B testing.
  • Understand market trends, competitors, and advocate for users to craft long-term product strategies.
  • Motivate and lead a talented, committed, and fun team.

Your Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years of product management experience with a proven impact record.
  • Creative problem solver capable of addressing complex enterprise software challenges with delightful user experiences.
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset—self-driven, decisive, and motivating.
  • Passionate about user experience, with a keen eye for UX and design details.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain product decisions clearly.
  • Analytical with experience in qualitative and quantitative data, A/B testing, and user research.
  • Adaptable, quick learner, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with SaaS or consumer products is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial or consulting background is a plus.
