We are rapidly expanding our London office and looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation data modeling and workflow solutions. As one of the first product managers in our London office, you will have a significant impact and ownership over your work—this is an incredible opportunity to shape our product's future!
As a Senior Product Manager in the Data Platform organisation, you will drive the development and evolution of data modeling systems that define how our platform supports complex team workflows. You will drive the processes transforming data at monday, and own cross-platform cascading effects and workflows.
Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).
About The Role- Lead product vision and roadmap: Define and implement the strategy for data modelling and workflow optimization across the platform, ensuring it supports complex organizational needs.
- Data-driven product development: Use customer insights, data trends, and feedback to continuously optimize how users create and manage their workflows on monday.com.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable data structures that model complex team interactions, workflows, and project dependencies.
- Stakeholder management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and maintain clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Measure and optimize: Analyze user data and platform performance to refine and improve workflow-related features and functionalities.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data models.
- Strong technical background and experience working with engineering teams to develop data-driven products.
- Proven ability to build and scale data structures that support complex workflows and organizational processes.
- Experience with databases and tools like Redis, Snowflake, or similar, to handle large-scale data management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for enhancing team productivity through innovative product solutions.
- Previous experience leading Enterprise SaaS B2B products is a plus.
- You are a quick learner who adapts well and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
