About The RoleAs an Account Executive for our CRM product (our fastestâgrowing product line) you will be responsible for scaling CRM sales by providing expertâlevel industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers â focusing on the value our CRM product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.
The Account Executive position is a quotaâcarrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our CRM product
Lead discovery and CRMâfocused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com\âs solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating crossâfunctional support to develop and deliver the #1 CRM product in the market
Stay upâtoâdate with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale
Your Experience & Skills
4+ years of fullâcycle B2B SaaS sales experience
Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & CrossâSale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus!
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute. This is the start of a large scale buildâout
Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay upâtoâdate on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
Strong customerâfacing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Track record of success being a selfâstarter, resultsâoriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
