About The Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from paying customers to meet sales quotas. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and communicating monday.com’s value propositions to stakeholders.
- Managing a portfolio of paying accounts and serving as their main contact.
- Identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell to drive additional revenue.
- Consulting with customers on their processes and encouraging organizational change.
- Participating in onboarding and initial implementation alongside the Customer Success team.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales account management experience.
- Full sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills, capable of engaging with executives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience.
