Overview
Retail Manager UK & Northern Europe Position based in London Reporting directly to the General Manager EMEA, the Retail Manager UK & Northern Europe will oversee all Full Price Moncler boutiques across the United Kingdom and the Nordics. This includes 12 stores located in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The Retail Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing the customer experience, and developing high-performing teams. Through regular store visits and strategic leadership, they will ensure the network\βs growth aligns with Moncler\βs brand strategy and luxury standards.
Your Impact
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategic initiatives to maximize business development and sales performance across the Full Price boutique network.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement action plans to boost performance.
- Prepare insightful monthly business reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Promote a strong Clienteling culture by fostering authentic, attentive, and lasting relationships with clients.
- Recruit, coach, and support Store Managers to develop their teams and drive business growth, while cultivating a positive and dynamic work environment aligned with Moncler\βs luxury values.
- Motivate teams to deliver an elevated client experience and ensure operational efficiency and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager EMEA on sales performance, store activities, people topics, inventory status, and key issues.
- Collaborate closely with the local Operations team to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and procedures (stock management, legal, safety, sustainability, HR, etc.).
- Ensure store image and visual merchandising standards are upheld, and coordinate necessary actions related to store presentation and maintenance.
- Work with the Retail Merchandising team to provide product feedback, market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners (department stores, travel retail organizations) to support Moncler\βs sustainable growth.
- Assess market opportunities and lead the project management of new store openings, relocations, and renovations.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications
Profile & Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years\β experience in retail, including multi-store or network management within the luxury or high-end fashion sector.
- Proven ability to drive results and deliver excellence, with a strong client focus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the luxury retail industry.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on business needs.
- Service-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven.
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
