Monash Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Monash At Home – Aged and Rehabilitation Care (ARC) team in an ongoing capacity. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum .6EFT) across a Monday to Sunday roster with no night shifts, delivering subacute and rehabilitation care to patients in their homes.
You will conduct clinical assessments, coordinate care, and work with medical, nursing and allied health professionals to support recovery and independence
